"This is a picture taken from my bedroom window in Winnipeg, Canada. I like to think it's a nice, though I suppose not spectacular, view, but what I really enjoy is the change of season so evident from this view at various times of the year. Winnipeg weather varies from +35 C in the summer to -35 C in the winter. In winter the trees are bare and the field is white with snow, in the spring the creek that isn't even currently visible in between the trees rises up many feet as the ice breaks, in summer it's lush and green, and in the fall all of the colours come out before the leaves fall and winter arrives again"
