"The view out of my living room windows. They were taken at the end of May 2006 quite late at night (the sun sets very late here in summer). I live on the 11th floor of an apartment building in the Netherlands and my place overlooks a shopping centre. I have no curtains or blinds on my windows because I think a view like that shouldn't be covered up ;-)"

Kirsty probably mixed it up because I am in fact German, but have been living in Amsterdam for 3 years now (easy mistake to make). :-) It's corrected now, anyway.
Funny that just below my view is one from Munich, which is where I come from originally...
