"I would like to share my view when I went to Tubattaha. It is located along Sulu Sea within the Philippines Area of Responsibility. I was able to visit a Ranger Station who guards the protected Marine Sanctuary. On the lone sand bar are seabirds ready to take flight. One of the most beautiful scenes that day after a very colorful dive"
